Before a round, the server publishes the hash of a secret seed. Your own client seed goes into the same calculation. Afterwards the secret is revealed, and the result can be recomputed by anyone who has both.
Commit
The server generates a random seed and publishes only its SHA-256 hash. It cannot change the seed afterwards without the hash changing.
Contribute
Your client seed joins the calculation. Because you choose it, the server cannot pick a seed that suits a result it already wants.
Play
The whole outcome is derived when the round opens: the mine layout, the shuffled shoe, the crash point. Nothing is decided while you act.
Verify
Rotate your seed pair to reveal the server seed, then recompute any past round yourself with the same published algorithm.
